Our standard candle set includes pearled palm wax, a reusable vessel, and natural cotton wicks. Specific quantities may vary by product size.
Can I add my own essential oils?
Yes. Unscented or lightly scented versions can be paired with your preferred essential oils if you want a more personalized fragrance experience.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 7 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 2–10 business days. International delivery windows vary by destination.
My tracking number is not updating. What should I do?
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives your package. If there is still no update after 48 hours, contact us and we will help investigate.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We currently support selected international destinations. Shipping timelines and rates vary by country at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email help@abodeaura.com with your order number, the quantity of damaged items, and photos of the packaging and product if possible. We will help arrange a replacement or next steps.
