Where does AbodeAura currently ship?

For the current launch, AbodeAura is focused on the contiguous United States. Free-shipping offers do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO or FPO addresses, or remote offshore islands.

How will shipping details appear?

Delivery options, taxes, and final totals are shown before payment so customers can review the order clearly before placing it.

How long does shipping usually take?

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and standard delivery within the contiguous United States generally takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

What if my tracking number has not updated yet?

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating after the carrier receives the package. If there is still no movement after 48 hours, support can help review the shipment.

What if a package appears lost or misdelivered?

Customers should first contact the carrier using the tracking information provided. If the issue is still unresolved, AbodeAura support can help review the next step.

Can an order be changed after it is placed?

Because fulfillment begins quickly, changes cannot always be guaranteed after an order is submitted. The fastest option is to contact support immediately if a change is needed.
