Returns with clear conditions and a short support path.

If something is not right, AbodeAura aims to keep return expectations readable: a defined return window, product condition standards, return shipping costs, and quick contact instructions.

Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.

Used candles, burned wicks, heavily handled vessels, personalized items, and final sale items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start

Email sale@joolhome.com with your order number, the item name, and a short note describing the issue or reason for the return request.

If the product arrived damaged or defective, include clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label within 7 days of delivery so support can review a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when returning an item for a refund, a change of mind, or any reason not caused by a product quality issue.

If the return is due to a product quality problem, a damaged or defective item, or a fulfillment mistake on our side, AbodeAura will cover the return shipping cost and may offer additional compensation such as a replacement, store credit, or a partial refund.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable except when a return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect.

Refund timing

If a return is approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, posted refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
