AbodeAura is a brand of JOOLHome LLC. These terms summarize the basics for browsing the site, reading product information, placing an order, cancellations, promotions, and the sales process for AbodeAura candles, refills, or gift-ready sets.
Before an order is submitted, the site is intended to show the product, price, and shipping charges as clearly as possible. By placing an order, the customer agrees to provide current, accurate purchase and delivery information.
Inventory, pricing, promotions, shipping timing, and product availability may change without prior notice. AbodeAura reserves the right to limit, decline, or cancel an order if product, payment, or fulfillment information cannot be completed as expected.
The purchase flow is: browse the shop, add items to the cart, proceed to checkout, enter shipping details, review shipping options and taxes, complete payment, and receive an order confirmation by email.
Once payment is confirmed, the order is processed and shipped with tracking. Customers receive tracking details by email when the order ships, and support is available by email for the life of the order.
An order can be cancelled free of charge if the request is received before the order has been shipped. To request a cancellation, email support with the order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be returned under the Returns and Refund Policy. Refunds for cancelled pre-shipment orders are issued to the original payment method.
AbodeAura reserves the right to cancel an order due to payment verification issues, suspected fraud, inventory errors, or fulfillment problems. In that case, the customer is not charged, or any charge is fully refunded.
Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be available from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are valid for a limited time, apply only to eligible items, and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. AbodeAura reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a promotion at any time, and to reject orders that misuse a promotion, discount code, or pricing error.
Free shipping offers apply only to qualifying orders in the contiguous United States and do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or remote offshore islands.
AbodeAura currently sells and ships within the United States only. Orders are not accepted for delivery outside the United States, and products are not intended for export or resale outside the United States.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws when purchasing and using the products. AbodeAura makes no representation that products are available or legal outside the United States.
The site is intended for lawful personal shopping, product discovery, candle care review, and customer support communication.
Content, branding, imagery, product copy, and site materials may not be copied, republished, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes without written permission.
Customers are responsible for following candle care and fire-safety guidance, including using stable heat-safe vessels, trimming wicks, and never leaving a burning candle unattended.
To the extent permitted by law, JOOLHome LLC is not responsible for indirect or incidental loss arising from misuse, delayed delivery caused by carriers, or failure to follow care instructions provided on the site or packaging.
