Address Changes: Post-order address alterations are not possible due to our automated system. For changes, you might need to contact the carrier.
Product Appearance: Certain ingredients can influence candle color. This is natural and not a product defect.
Returns: Personalized items have specific return conditions, which usually exclude change of mind returns.
Order Additions: Post-order personalization is not available due to our fulfillment process.
About Our Candles
Each pearl candle is carefully handcrafted to ensure consistent quality. They have a typical burn time of 120 to 135 hours, are made from natural palm wax, and have a high-quality cotton wick.
